What insurance do you take?
We accept many insurance plans, including:
· Coming September 2026 Medicaid / Apple Health (All plans)
· Uninsured: We offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. No one is turned away due to an inability to pay for established services.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
To make your intake process easier, please bring:
- A form of Photo ID.
- Your insurance card (if applicable).
- A list of any current medications you are taking.
- Note: If you are missing these items, please come anyway. We will work with you to gather what is needed.
Where are services provided?
We offer services in person at our Parkland clinic, online through telehealth (phone/video)anywhere in the state of Washington, and in the community in Pierce. N. Thurston and S. King.
Who will I be working with?
Our Experts
- Peer Support Specialists: Certified peer support specialists work with individuals and parents. They use their own lived experiences to help YOU find hope and to support your recovery.
- Case Managers: Specialists who help you navigate your life outside of 1"1 peer support or therapy, they can connect you to housing resources, benefits, food stability, and other community supports.
- Administrative Staff: Our administrative team are a great point of contact, ensuring you can access care easily and that your appointments are scheduled smoothly.
- Coming Soon, Therapists and Counselors: Licensed professionals who can provide therapy to help you navigate your unique health and life challenges.
What kind of care will I receive?
At Tahoma NW we provide Person Driven Peer Focused support. We are trauma informed and put you in the driver's seat of your journey.
Certified Peer Support Specialist Information and Training
Tahoma Northwest is contracted to teach the Washington State Certified Peer Support Specialist curriculum.
